iSkew Learning is the campus training division of Insight Job Guru (IJG), a consortium of training industry experts founded in 2008 by Renjit Ravi Keshav, a Learning and Development professional with over 23 years of experience across professional consulting and operations management.
What began as a specialised training vertical of Insight Job Guru has grown into one of Kerala's leading campus placement training companies, delivering employability skill development to Engineering, Arts and Science, and MBA colleges across Kerala and Karnataka. Our programs are designed to close the gap between where students are and where the corporate world needs them to be.

Head of Technical Training & Strategy
Owns what every batch learns and in what order, from core fundamentals through recruiter-facing mock rounds. Shapes the technical training plan for each campus around the roles its students are actually being hired for.
Rahul K
Head of Aptitude Training
Runs the aptitude track end to end: quantitative, logical, and verbal reasoning built for the exact tests your students sit. Keeps daily practice and the question bank current with what recruiters are setting this season.
Ashwin Joy
Consultant, Technical Training
Delivers core technical readiness in the room, from coding fundamentals through mock technical interviews. Works batch to batch so students walk into placement drives ready for the questions they will face.
Mohammed Shafeeq
Consultant, Technical Training
Leads hands-on technical sessions and one-on-one doubt clearing. Sets the right pace for a mixed batch so no student is left behind before the drives begin.

Recognition and milestones
Insight Job Guru has also completed 10 projects under the Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP), delivering induction, pre-placement, and campus recruitment training across NIT Calicut, NIT Trichy, CAPE Vadakara, GEC Calicut, GEC Thrissur, and GEC Kannur.
